What is portability and what does it involve?
Once you have signed up for your mobile plan with Paddock Connect, we will start the application process and the number porting from your current provider will begin automatically.
Usually everything is ready by 48 to 72 working hours ⏱️. During this time, you will receive your new SIM card at the address you provided, along with clear instructions on how to activate it.
The transfer takes place in the early hours of the morning 🌙 to avoid any disruption.
When you wake up, all you’ll need to do is swap your old SIM card for the Paddock Connect and start using your new plan. 🏁
Will I have roaming and service when I travel abroad? How do I activate it?
If you’re going to use your mobile plan outside Spain, make sure you’ve activated the international roamingIt’s very easy to do:

🏁 Go to the settings section of your plan.
🏁Enable international roaming.

Can I switch to a different tariff after signing up for one?
Before signing up, check whether our connection is available in your area using our online checker. Simply enter your address and you’ll find out in seconds whether you can access the service.
