How does the activation process for the fibre and mobile bundle work?

The process is simple, and in Paddock Connect we make sure everything runs smoothly and is easy for you.

Once you have completed the purchase of your home and mobile connection, we will process your application and start the number porting process from your current provider. It usually takes 48 to 72 hours.

First, we’ll get your conexión en casa.
We’ll then activate your mobile line.

While both services are being completed, you will only pay the proportion of the home connection

If, due to external circumstances, the mobile line cannot be activated within a maximum period of 15 working days Once the connection has been installed at your home, the package will no longer apply and the standard rate for the individual service will apply.

If you are a new customer, the bundle is activated when you sign up.
If you already have any of the services, the full pack will be activated on the 1st of the following month.

During that interim period, only the following will be invoiced the proportionate share of the additional service. 🏁

You can also request the change of ownership of the full home and mobile connection package. In that case, the new account holder must accept the current terms and conditions of the service.
